Lane Kiffin Expected to Announce Coaching Decision Amid LSU Speculation

Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin is set to announce his coaching future on Saturday, following the Rebels' 38-19 victory over Mississippi State in the Egg Bowl. Kiffin, who has led Ole Miss to a historic 11-win regular season, stated, "I feel like I've got to," regarding his impending decision.

Reports indicate that Kiffin is assembling a coaching staff at LSU, suggesting a potential move to the Tigers. Additionally, sources suggest that if Kiffin accepts the LSU position, former Tigers head coach Ed Orgeron may join his staff.

Meanwhile, the University of Florida, previously interested in Kiffin, is reportedly shifting focus to other candidates, believing Kiffin favors Ole Miss or LSU. An official announcement from Kiffin is anticipated on Saturday.
