SpaceX Prepares for Starship Version 3 Launch in 2026

SpaceX is advancing its Starship program with the upcoming Version 3, slated for its first launch in 2026. This iteration introduces significant enhancements, including a taller structure to accommodate increased propellant capacity and the integration of more efficient Raptor engines. Elon Musk, SpaceX's CEO, has indicated that the initial Mars missions using Starship Version 3 will be uncrewed, with a slight chance of launching in late 2026. However, he noted that a lot needs to go right for that timeline, suggesting that a 2028 launch is more likely.
