Lindsie Chrisley used her The Southern Tea podcast to congratulate her sister Savannah Chrisley on her pregnancy and on her recent engagement or marriage. She noted that some online responses to Savannah's announcement were disappointing, saying she had seen posts that were "truly heartbreaking" and questioning why people focus on perceived downfalls.

Savannah, who announced the news on the Oct. 27 episode of her Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley podcast, shared an Instagram caption expressing gratitude and relief after a difficult period, thanking her husband Jason Galanis for his support. The couple, who were confirmed to have married privately in July, later revealed they are expecting a baby boy, posting ultrasound images and a celebratory cake.

In a later Instagram update, Savannah expressed excitement about Galanis' involvement in preparing for the baby, writing that she looks forward to seeing him become a father.
