A drone launched from Yemen by Houthi rebels struck the southern Israeli city of Eilat on Wednesday, injuring over 20 people, including two in serious condition. The Israeli military confirmed the drone's origin and noted that interception attempts were unsuccessful. The attack follows a similar incident last week, when a Houthi drone hit a hotel entrance in Eilat, causing damage but no injuries. Since March, the Houthis have launched approximately 90 ballistic missiles and at least 40 drones at Israel. In response to these attacks, Israel has previously conducted airstrikes targeting Houthi infrastructure in Yemen.
