Heidi Klum celebrates Halloween without husband Tom Kaulitz due to his tour commitments
Heidi Klum marked the 25th anniversary of her annual Halloween event in New York while her husband, musician Tom Kaulitz, was absent because of a European tour.
Heidi Klum hosted her annual Halloween celebration at the Cathédrale restaurant in Manhattan, marking the 25th anniversary of the event. The supermodel appeared in a costume that featured a large replica of her left hand, complete with oversized rings.
"That’s my engagement ring and my wedding band," Klum said, pointing to the costume rings. "My husband couldn’t be here today because he’s on tour right now, and I’m going to join him on tour. But he couldn’t be here today, so you know he’s always with me."
Kaulitz, the frontman of the band Tokio Hotel, missed the party as his group continues a European tour, with a performance scheduled in Hamburg, Germany on November 1. Klum highlighted the absence by displaying a temporary "Tom" tattoo on the costume, matching a similar tattoo on her real hand.
In previous years, Kaulitz has participated in Klum’s Halloween productions, such as portraying a fisherman attached to a costume worm in 2022 and a stone-turned victim in a 2023 Medusa theme. The couple married in 2019, and Klum has spoken publicly about their meeting at a mutual friend’s birthday party.
