Top 25 NFL Trade Candidates Ahead of Nov. 10 Deadline

Summary

Analysts rank the 25 players most likely to move before the 2026 NFL trade deadline, noting each player's trade probability and potential team fits.

Analysts Matt Bowen and Jeremy Fowler have compiled a list of the 25 NFL players who are most discussed as trade candidates ahead of the Nov. 10 deadline. The rankings are based on the projected value a player could bring to a new team, not on the likelihood of a deal being completed. Each entry includes an estimated chance of being traded, a brief performance overview, and suggested destinations.

The top spot belongs to Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor, who averages 109.3 yards per game and leads the league with eight rushing touchdowns. Fowler says teams are interested but Indianapolis may retain him, while Bowen highlights his versatility as a runner and receiver. Taylor is linked with the Seahawks, Commanders, Saints, Broncos and Vikings, and is assigned a 30% trade probability.

Wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. of the Jacksonville Jaguars is rated second, with a 45% chance of moving. He posted 87 receptions and 10 touchdowns as a rookie, and his size and speed make him attractive to teams such as the Chiefs, Steelers and 49ers.

Edge rusher Josh Sweat (Arizona Cardinals) is third on the list, with a 40% chance of being dealt. Sweat recorded 12 sacks last season and is noted for his speed-to-power style; the Cowboys, Bears and 49ers are mentioned as possible fits.

Other notable candidates include Tampa Bay defensive end Yaya Diaby (35% chance), Cleveland Browns receiver Jerry Jeudy (20%), Washington Commanders interior defensive tackle Daron Payne (25%), and Los Angeles Chargers edge rusher Khalil Mack (35%).

The list continues through the full 25, covering positions from cornerback to guard, and provides each player's recent statistical output, contract status and teams that have expressed interest. Trade probabilities range from 10% for Tennessee Titans cornerback Alontae Taylor to 50% for Minnesota Vikings receiver Jauan Jennings.

"Teams are hearing a lot of buzz around these players, but actual moves will depend on contract situations and each club's competitive outlook," Fowler said.

"From a tape-study perspective, many of these athletes offer immediate upgrades for clubs looking to fill specific needs," Bowen added.
