Body of Missing Teen Found in Singer D4vd's Tesla

Authorities have identified the decomposed body found in a Tesla registered to singer D4vd as 15-year-old Celeste Rivas, who was reported missing from Lake Elsinore, California, in March 2024.

The vehicle was towed from a Hollywood Hills street after being reported abandoned and was impounded for two days before a foul odor led police to discover the body in the front trunk on September 8.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's office has deferred the cause of death, noting the body was severely decomposed. The Los Angeles Police Department is leading the investigation, with no arrests made at this time.

D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, is currently on tour and is cooperating with authorities. His representative stated, "D4vd has been informed about what's happened. And, although he is still out on tour, he is fully cooperating with the authorities."
