Hayden Winks releases Week 7 wide receiver rankings and projections
Fantasy analyst Hayden Winks ranks the top wide receivers for Week 7, highlighting Puka Nacua, Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Amon-Ra St. Brown among his top picks.
Fantasy football columnist Hayden Winks published his weekly "Blueprint" for wide receiver rankings ahead of Week 7. The list ranks Puka Nacua (Los Angeles Rams) as the top WR with a projected 99.5 receiving yards, noting his strong target share despite recent health concerns and the Rams' reduced deep-ball efficiency. Jaxon Smith-Njigba (Seattle Seahawks) follows with an 89.5-yard projection, praised for his ability to generate points regardless of quarterback performance and his favorable matchup against a Chiefs secondary that allows low fantasy points to receivers. Amon-Ra St. Brown (Detroit Lions) is listed third, projected at 79.5 yards, with Winks calling him a "buy-low regression candidate" after three consecutive low-output games.
Other notable entries include Ja'Marr Chase (Baltimore Ravens), Christian Watson (Detroit Lions) and CeeDee Lamb (Philadelphia Eagles), each projected at 79.5 receiving yards. The rankings also feature emerging players such as Malik Nabers (Houston Texans) and DeVonta Smith (Dallas Cowboys), both projected at 69.5 yards. Winks provides context on team defenses, target shares and recent performance trends for each player.
"There comes a time when the confidence starts to match the potential and I think we're reaching that time with Germie," said Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers about rookie wideout Germie Bernard.
Winks cautions that the rankings may shift before the Thursday Night Football games and advises readers to check the columns through Sunday morning for updates. Full position rankings are available on his platform.
