President Donald Trump used Truth Social to attack Fox News, accusing it of giving Democrats more attention and urging his supporters to switch to alternative outlets ahead of the midterm elections.
President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social on Monday, alleging that Fox News gives more airtime to Democratic figures than to Republican viewpoints. He urged his supporters to watch Right Side Broadcast News (RSBN), a far-right outlet, for coverage of his upcoming Kansas rally. Trump also complained that Fox News had not focused on his recent rally tour and suggested the network was granting outsized attention to Democratic candidates, including a Senate hopeful from Michigan.
The president’s remarks revisited earlier clashes with the network, including criticism of Fox’s reporting on the Iran conflict and the firing of former Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo. Trump warned that if the network’s perceived bias continues, viewers may walk away from Fox News altogether.
Fox News, the White House and RSBN were contacted for comment.
