Ex-fiancé alleges Hayden Panettiere's jewelry was pawned by a non-family member

Summary

Wladimir Klitschko filed a probate petition claiming a non-relative sold the late actress's jewelry to a pawn shop, while seeking temporary guardianship of their daughter.

Wladimir Klitschke, the former fiancé of the late actress, submitted a petition to the Los Angeles County probate court alleging that a person not related to Hayden Panettiere sold some of her belongings, including jewelry, to a pawn shop. The filing was made in September as part of his request to be appointed temporary guardian of their daughter, Kaya Klitschko, who was born in 2014.

Panettiere was found unresponsive in a South Carolina apartment in August and died at age 36. The Greenville County Coroner's Office ruled the death an accidental drug overdose. The case remains under investigation and further updates are expected.
