Rockstar Confirms GTA 6 Update for October 5 Ahead of November Release

Rockstar Games said the next Grand Theft Auto VI update is scheduled for Monday, October 5, giving fans a new look at the title before its planned November 19 launch. The announcement coincides with the game’s feature on the upcoming issue of Love magazine, which will be released the same day and includes fresh screenshots of the protagonists Jason and Lucia.

In an interview with the magazine, Rockstar described the characters as "vulnerable, tough, flawed" and said they are intended to feel "perfectly imperfect" and "undeniably real." The developers added that the duo’s crime spree is portrayed as "hopeful and naive," aiming to add depth to the narrative.

The October 5 release of the magazine marks the latest official communication from Rockstar as the company continues its promotional campaign ahead of the November launch. No further update dates have been announced.
