Fiona, born on Nov. 16, 2012, was the second child of the couple. She is survived by her parents and her sisters, Mabel Painter, 17, and Nixie Barbara, 10. The statement described her as a loving, smart, and creative girl who enjoyed dancing.
"We are deeply heartbroken by the loss of our beloved Fiona," the family wrote.
Chad Lowe is known for roles on series such as "Pretty Little Liars" and "Supergirl," while his brother Rob Lowe is noted for films and TV shows including "The Outsiders" and "Parks and Recreation."
