Apple Introduces Apple Watch Series 11, Ultra 3, and SE 3 with Advanced Health and Connectivity Features

Apple has unveiled three new Apple Watch models: the Series 11, Ultra 3, and SE 3, each introducing significant advancements in health monitoring and connectivity.

The Apple Watch Series 11 introduces a hypertension detection feature that analyzes data from the optical heart sensor to identify patterns of high blood pressure over 30-day periods. Apple aims to notify over one million users with undiagnosed hypertension within the first year. The device also offers a Sleep Score metric, evaluating factors such as sleep duration and consistency to provide insights into sleep quality. Additionally, the Series 11 supports 5G connectivity, enhancing coverage and battery efficiency, and offers up to 24 hours of battery life. It is available in Jet Black, Silver, Rose Gold, and Space Gray, starting at $399.

The Apple Watch Ultra 3 features a larger LTPO3 OLED display with thinner bezels and introduces satellite connectivity, enabling users to send messages and share locations via satellite when cellular or Wi-Fi networks are unavailable. This feature is particularly beneficial for adventurers and those in remote areas. The Ultra 3 also includes 5G support and hypertension notifications, with up to 42 hours of battery life, extendable to 72 hours in low power mode. It is available in Black and Natural Titanium, starting at $799.

The Apple Watch SE 3 is equipped with the new S10 chip, offering improved performance and enabling features like an always-on display and enhanced gesture controls. It includes wrist temperature sensing for retrospective ovulation estimates and provides up to 18 hours of battery life with support for fast charging. The SE 3 is available in 40 mm and 44 mm sizes, with Midnight and Starlight aluminum cases, starting at $249.
