Influencer Braden Peters Charged with Rape and Related Offenses in Massachusetts
Brandon Peters, known online as Clavicular, faces multiple charges including rape after a court document alleges he assaulted a 17-year-old during a livestream in Cape Cod.
Brandon Peters, a social-media influencer who posts under the name Clavicular, has been charged with rape, drugging a victim for sexual intercourse and providing alcohol to a minor, according to Orleans District Court documents obtained by NewsCenter 5. The alleged incident occurred on May 23, 2025, on the Cape Cod peninsula.
Police say the victim, a 17-year-old who met Peters through Instagram and was later paid to create videos, reported the assault on June 4 at the Chatham Police Department. She told officers that Peters arranged transportation to his family home in Chatham, where they streamed a live video.
"Before entering his bedroom, he instructed her to lie on the live stream to say that she is eighteen years old and to say the alcohol is water, so that neither his Twitch account nor live stream gets banned," the officer’s narrative recorded.
The woman reported drinking vodka and becoming heavily intoxicated, then falling asleep in Peters’ bed. She said she awoke to find Peters having sex with her without consent and was unable to respond at the time.
"I asked... if she said anything to him as he was on top, to which she stated, 'No. I was, like, in shock,'" the officer wrote.
Police reviewed the Twitch stream and observed the victim and Peters kissing during the broadcast.
