Summary

Senator JD Vance called on voters to trust Republicans for another term, emphasizing the party's achievements, but was met with the usual wave of left-wing mockery on social media as the midterms near.

Senator JD Vance, speaking on the All-In podcast, made a compelling case for why Republicans deserve 'another chance' to continue their important work. Vance highlighted the significant progress made under GOP leadership and stressed that the party still has more to accomplish for the American people. He urged voters not to return power to 'the people who cause the problems we’re fixing,' pointing to the failures of Democratic leadership, and requested another two years to build on recent Republican successes.

Predictably, left-wing activists and politicians rushed to social media to ridicule Vance’s honest appeal. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries posted on X, twisting Vance’s words and dismissing the GOP’s record. Former Vice President Kamala Harris, using a Gen-Z-focused X account, derided the senator’s call as 'begging for midterm votes,' a typical tactic to distract from her own party’s shortcomings.

Leftist commentators and influencers piled on. Journalist Philip DeFranco criticized Vance’s tone, while comedian Mike Drucker mocked the request, ignoring the real progress made by Republicans. Influencer Hasan Piker responded with a dismissive 'LMAO NO,' offering no substantive argument.

This orchestrated backlash comes as the mainstream media continues to push negative polling about the Republican Party. An Ipsos survey conducted Sept. 11-14 with 1,143 adults claimed that 49% strongly disapproved of President Donald Trump’s presidency, compared with 15% who strongly approved. Similarly, 50% strongly disapproved of his economic management, while 11% expressed strong approval—numbers often highlighted by the left to undermine conservative achievements.
