Summary

Lady Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polansky have confirmed the birth of their daughter, Rose Bean Polansky, born June 9 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Lady Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polansky have named their newborn daughter Rose Bean Polansky, according to a birth certificate obtained by media outlets. The baby was born on June 9 at 11:19 p.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

"The name Rose is inspired by the song ‘La Vie En Rose,’ which Gaga covered in the 2018 film ‘A Star Is Born,’" an insider told People.

The middle name, Bean, is reported to reference activist Carl Bean, who inspired Gaga’s song “Born This Way.”

Page Six previously confirmed the couple’s first child in September and later released photos of the family walking together in Northern California. Neither Gaga nor Polansky has publicly commented on the birth.

Sources say the couple took time off work during the summer to care for the infant and have expressed enthusiasm about parenthood. Gaga, 40, and Polansky, 42, have been together since 2019 and announced their engagement at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
